Usually, a career development Manager's responsibilities are like :
- Organising various career related programs for the students to expose them to the Industry.
- Working collaboratively to expand the resources and opportunities for students’ self-directed and experiential learning and career education.
- Providing overseas career counselling for the students both individually and in groups
- Advising and coaching students on career self-management, decision-making, planning and goal setting.
- To be a Marketing Executive who inspires the market about the Jaro Education and its features.
- To work with a sales target, such that they influence more students to join the institution.
- To call the students through Phone (Cold Calling - Calling without the expectation of customers) and send the prospectus to them over mail.
- To generate meeting with the students and converse with them in person.
- To convince them.
Students who are well versed in convincing others are preferred. A package of Rs. 43,500 p.m. is not a small amount for the fresh graduates! Really a good one! But the job responsibilities and the job cadre does not seem to be synchronizing. Yet a good organisation and a reliable Job!
